„Am Euter stören“ ARGE Kultur Salzburg, Austria
As sound artist

As part of the performance group for “Am Euter stören”, Liser worked with a remodeled milking machine fitted with microphones that captured its rhythmic mechanical sounds. These live recordings were modulated and altered in real time using a mixer, transforming an agricultural labor device into a performative sound instrument and exploring rhythm, repetition, and embodied listening.
“Performers circle around a milking machine, industrial rhythms and sucking noises permeate the room. As a machine that has revolutionized the reproductive exploitation of farm animals, it not only confronts the performers with their own reproductively marked bodies, but also raises questions about the capitalist logic of exploitation, the relationship to the non-human world and our entanglement in a system that drains not only the udders of cows, but the resources and forces of the entire planet. The performance explores how we can confront this system differently, with care and solidarity.”

„GEBET / PRAYER” Vernissage Hallein, Austria
As co-performance artist

In a collaborative performance, Verena Frauenlob and Liser explored themes of interdependence, communication, and bodily awareness through a shared physical constraint. Both performers were seated back to back within a tightly bound rope construction that responded to their breathing: as one inhaled, the structure tightened, requiring the other to exhale to create space. Breathing thus became a negotiated, communicative act, emphasizing trust, vulnerability, and the necessity of coordination within shared systems. Breathing became the rhythmic soundscape.

“(...) Breathing is part of all ways of praying. Not only because it is vital, but because it influences our organism on the deepest levels, both physically and psychologically. This power, which we have been aware of for so long, is used in prayers to bring body and mind into a state of receptivity. (...) In contrast to other prayers, in which breathing is either specifically controlled or generated through rhythmic speech and movement and you experience these acts with yourself, your own body and mind, here you pray with someone. The rhythm is then no longer your own, but a shared one. One that you discover, find out and agree on. (...)”

„φτάνοντας/reaching”
poem, animation and sound

φτάνοντας και αρπάσοντας
όλο και περισσότερο
σιβηχιστε να πνυαίνετε ξένος
προς το φως προς τη φώτιση

Stretching out your arms
and grabbing
more and more, you suffocate,
a stranger to the light, to enlightenment.

The accompanying sound was composed using Korg Kaossilator and Ableton Live, translating the rhythm and tension of the poem into an immersive audiovisual experience that explores the interplay between language, movement, and sound.
